Project Leasing

Our in-depth market knowledge and hands-on leasing staff work to ensure that properties are leased to the highest level possible based on market conditions. We create leasing offices on all our properties to ensure we have the maximum amount of exposure for leasing opportunities.

 

Property Management

Our extensive office and industrial management experience has earned us a reputation for taking care of every detail.  We understand tenant demands and balance them with the financial objectives of the property.

Maintenance Service

With a fleet of commercial vehicles, and a highly trained engineering department, PAR personnel handle the maintenance requirements on all of our properties. Our maintenance personnel drive company trucks and are in company uniforms.

CEO/President/MANAGING PARTNER

Jerry Reis

After graduating from the University of North Texas with a BBA in 1977, Jerry worked for Owens Corning Fiberglass and created a building materials distribution firm that he later sold to ABC Supply. He began his career in real estate in 1984 with Jackson-Shaw and launched PAR in 1994 as its President and CEO. Lessons learned in the volatile North Texas real estate markets of the 1980s and 1990s have proven valuable to PAR clients over the years. In 2015 Jerry formed PAR Capital Partners with Michael Foster and Patrick Reis as partners serving a select group of investors. In 2018 Rick Bigelow became the President of PAR while Jerry retains his role as CEO of PAR and Managing Partner of PAR Capital Partners. Jerry is a member of the North Texas Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and CCIM. He is Chairman of The Sumners Foundation, a nonprofit organization based in Dallas funding various charities and universities throughout the Southwest.

Rick Bigelow

Rick began his career in Dallas with Arthur Andersen & Company immediately after graduating from the University of Illinois and passing the CPA exam. He is a Texas licensed CPA and has over 30 years of financial and accounting experience in a variety of businesses including real estate, financial services, mortgage lending and business technology services. Rick is responsible for all accounting, reporting, systems, and controls for the company and its investors. Prior to joining PAR in June of 2015, Rick was the CFO of International Capital, LLC, a niche real estate and private equity firm in Dallas. His professional experience also includes over a decade with The Associates (now Citigroup) and five years with Trammell Crow Company as Controller.

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT OF LEASING/PARTNER

Michael Foster

A graduate of the University of Kansas with a double major in Accounting and Business Administration, and a graduate of Jesuit High School in Dallas, Michael joined PAR in September 2003 as a Marketing Associate and quickly became a valuable member of the team. In April 2018, he was appointed Executive Vice President of Leasing and is a partner in PAR Capital Partners. Michael oversees all of the leasing programs whether handled by our own staff or through a third party provider.

Patrick Reis

Patrick is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a BS in Economics with Financial Applications and a BA in Markets and Culture. He joined PAR in June 2011 as a Marketing Associate working on real estate opportunities. He was promoted to Marketing Director in January 2013. His primary responsibilities are investments/acquisitions, investor relations, and leasing numerous projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Patrick is a partner in PAR Capital Partners. In April 2018, he was promoted to Executive Vice President-Investments.

Chris Andler

A graduate of Southern Methodist University with a BS in Economics with Financial Applications and a BA in Markets and Culture, Chris joined PAR in October 2007 as a Marketing Associate responsible for tenant representation and project leasing assignments primarily in the Northwest Dallas, Las Colinas and Valwood markets. With his financial background, Chris has expanded his skills to take on the property management assignment for properties he leases. This has proven to be valuable for our clients who appreciate the properties being handled quickly and efficiently. Chris was promoted to Vice President-Leasing and Senior Property Manager in April 2018.

Katy Reis

A graduate of Texas Christian University with a BS in Communications Studies, Katy previously was a marketing assistant at Marcus & Millichap. She joined PAR in December 2013 as a Marketing Associate promoting current and future commercial properties and was promoted to Special Projects Coordinator and Assistant Property Manager in June 2014. Her responsibilities include assisting with commercial property management, producing social media, and coordinating the firm’s annual golf tournament and marketing events.

Sharon McCallum

Sharon McCallum has worked in commercial property management since 2007. She started her career with Lincoln Property Company as an Administrative Assistant and was later promoted to Assistant Property Manager working with Class A office buildings located in Dallas and Plano ranging from 160,000 to 300,000 square feet. She joined PAR in 2018 as a Property Manager for 122 West John Carpenter Freeway in Irving. Sharon is member of BOMA and is in the process of obtaining her RPA Designation.
