Maintenance Service...We have the people and equipment in place to protect your investment.  With our maintenance personnel, we can handle daily repairs and perform preventative maintenance, making sure the simple repairs don't become major concerns.  Service on time, when promised to the tenant, is one key to outstanding tenant retention.
